I was amazed to find such an old railroad crossing sign still in use. There wasn't a cloud in the sky and the light was golden. I stared at this thing until the sun went down.

- I didn't even question it was being used until I read your comments. Railroad has a lot of money and now we see another example of why. It's easy to have money if you don't spend it. I've got enough money to last me the rest of my life if I don't spend any of it...lol...neat capture.
sherri @ December 20, 2008 - Love that you didn't take the most obvious composition. You clearly studied this for a while before you shot, or shot a hundred photos of it and then studied them. It's a remarkable old sign, that's for sure.
