About the title. "Lights, please" is the opening to a quite beautiful monologue by Charles Schulz's character Linus in "A Charlie Brown Christmas." Knowing the passage Linus quotes I feel it's an appropriate title. I am not a religious man but can appreciate any force in someone's life that makes them want to do good for humanity.
When I took this photo with my old Polaroid I decided that the negative was far superior to the print in many ways. The textures coupled with the bizarre solarizing make for an interesting image.
